The Countdown Has Begun!

In 33 days, I will officially retire.

Even typing that feels surreal.

For years, retirement was something abstract, a someday idea, a distant milestone. But now it’s close enough to feel. Close enough to count down to. Close enough to start stepping into, not just talking about.

And here’s the part that makes me smile:

I’m not retiring from something. I’m retiring into something.
